The best way to reach me is through the contact form on this page, or by email directly. I’ll always do my best to get back to you as quickly as I can — though as a one person practice, it may take me a little longer than you might expect from a larger service. Please bear with me. Every message is read and every enquiry matters. If something is time sensitive, please let me know and I’ll prioritise your response. And if a call is ever needed, I’m happy to arrange one.
There is currently a short waiting list of approximately one month. If you’d like to be added, please get in touch and I’ll keep you informed of availability as it opens up.
No topic is off the table. If something you’d like to focus on falls outside my area of qualification, I’ll always be honest about that and happy to help find the most appropriate referral pathway for you.
That’s entirely your decision and always will be. If you do decide to finish, I’d gently encourage you to let me know in advance so we can use a final session to close anything that has been opened up in our work together. Endings in therapy can be just as meaningful as beginnings.
Confidentiality is central to the therapeutic relationship and is maintained in all circumstances, with the exception of situations where there may be a risk to your safety or the safety of others. If you have specific questions about confidentiality, please feel free to raise them at any point — it’s always a welcome conversation.
